Coctail nostalgia to mindful sips
Negroni has its origins in an aperitivo popular in Northern Italy at the beginning of the twentieth century. Born out of the Milano-Torino which was invented in the 1860s at Caffe Camparino in Milan, Negroni made its way into the hearts of many across the globe, bringing the romantic renaissance era and sophistication into the modern world. This exquisite cocktail with rich history, composed of Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari bitters, and garment with an orange slice, can be considered as beverage royalty.

@Monday Gin
Another favorite of ours is Monday Gin, made by hand in small batches with natural ingredients in Southern California craft distillery. It has zero of alcohol and zero sugar. The juniper aroma comes through reminiscent of classic London dry old fashion style. The richness of the palate is accompanied with a bitter lemon, grapefruit and dash of coriander tones.
For a simple refreshment it could be paired with flowery tonics such as orange or elderflower. For a zesty feel a splash of ice cubes, soda water and a citrus slice would be perfect for hot summers. It is a good match for other classic cocktails such as G&T, Gimlet, Negroni, French 75, Gin Fizz and Bramble.
Enjoy!

@The Connaught Bar, London
Another classic cocktail on our list is Martini, invented in 1911 by Martini di Arma di Taggia, with its basic ingredients dry gin and vermouth, garnished with an olive or a lemon twist and air of refined panache.
From James Bond’s widely recognized “shaken not stirred” endorsement to Ernest Hemingway’s pronouncement in ‘A Farewell to Arms’, “I’ve never tasted anything so cool and clean… this gin-based beverage has become quintessential.
